For a good number of years, Tim Fellows has been my Financial Adviser, and has been a great help to me. 'Never using a financial service company before Alpha financial services were recommended to me by several employees at work . Our company over the last couple of years were finding it difficult to fund our final salary pension.The outcome the scheme was closed and replaced with another one. We were then left with major decisions on what to do with the final salary pot.With losing confidence in the company i decided to use Alpha.
This was a very grey area for me and quite worrying as it was in my standards a large amount of money. Alpha took all that stress and worry away. Tim and his team are a warm, friendly and professional company .
From the start a lot of homework had to be done with no stone unturned to find what was in the best interests of the client and not the provider.
With a pace you could keep up with in lay mans terms . We were kept up to date of what stage we were at and what next to expect. I would highly recommend Alpha to any one with the same issues we had.'

Best financial advisor I’ve used
'Tim and his team have been advising me on my pension and investments for 7+ years. They don’t churn out the same policy to everyone, but listen to your circumstances and aspirations and match the products to your needs. They are probably the only advisors I have felt totally comfortable with. We meet annually to review my situation and needs regardless of if there is any business for Tim and there is never any pressure. Great capability and good communication - highly recommended
'Tim is extremely capable at what he does and his communication with me has been brilliant. I wanted to consolidate a number of small pensions from times when I had worked at different companies. The Pru (who had been initially handling this) didn't have the licence to move one of the final salary scheme pensions and recommended Alpha. The Alpha offices were extremely close to where I live so I was able to quickly book an appointment to pop in and talk things through (as there was an extremely tight deadline on one of the pensions I needed to move). He did a very thorough job of understanding my needs and was able to deal with the complexity of consolidating pensions but made it very simple for me to understand. He discovered a feature of one pension that meant it was actually better to leave it intact and not consolidate it with the others (this had been missed by the previous advisor). Very happy with the service.'

'Mr Fellows and his team are fantastic. He as given me help and advice with moving my Pension to something more suited to my personal needs. He takes exceptional care in making you aware of all fee's for his service and any fee's for the products you may wish to invest in. "Chose Alpha Financial for help with pension draw down. Must admit I was expecting suits and tie, looking at me over small round glasses, almost expecting cross examination. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. Nice coffee when we were waiting. Then Tim greeted us, and I was so put at ease by his casual attire and manner.
